No Returns on Collectibles
At Retro Vault, we specialize in collectibles, vintage comics, video games, toys, board games, and card games. Due to the unique and collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. Please note the following:
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in the same condition as received — unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable.
- Items must be received within 30 days of the exchange being initiated.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer. This includes both return shipping to us and shipping of the exchanged item back to you.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us from the Contact page with your order number and details about the item you'd like to exchange.
